Baricade-PRESERVE Study

Have you recently been diagnosed with stage 3 type 1 Diabetes?

This is a study to learn more about baricitinib, a possible new medicine for the treatment of newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. Baricitinib may help maintain your body’s ability to make and use some of its own insulin in newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes

Status: Open to recruitment.

To join this research study, you must:

• Be aged 1 year or over and under 36 years old
• Recently diagnosed with stage 3 type 1 diabetes

Location: Cambridge Clinical Research Centre on Keith Day Road, next to the Addenbrooke’s Treatment Centre, and part of the Cambridge Biomedical Centre.
